We are a 1.25 acre fully fenced indoor/outdoor entertainment                                                                                                      complex. We are open to the public and within the Hogum Bay                                                                                                      Town Center, a new retail and restaurant development in the                                                                                                        Hawks Prairie area north of I-5 off exit 111. We want 23|Kitchens                                                                                                  to be an extension of your backyard at home. We envision friends                                                                                                and families of all ages hanging out, eating great food, enjoying                                                                                                    adult beverages and playing games. Whether it's pickleball,                                                                                                          cornhole, or giant Jenga, we want everyone who visits our                                                                                                              backyard to feel welcome and to have fun. 

 

                                                                                              As you walk through the entrance of our gated complex you will enter (what we lovingly call) the Backyard. Two large lawn areas are filled with yard games and fire pits, the ultimate backyard gathering place for your friends and family! Our Backyard surrounds five outdoor pickleball courts, including one championship court. The largest lawn holds a stage for live music. Can you say Summer Concert Series?

Directly to the left of the entrance is our temperature controlled, 17,000 sq. ft. indoor pickleball court building. This building holds six indoor pickleball courts, bringing our total to 11 courts and 22 kitchens. Also inside you'll find our Pro Shop where you will be able to purchase the latest pickleball and 23|Kitchens gear. This is the place to check in for your court and return scores for league, ladder or tournament play. Inside the Pro Shop we have paddles for rent, in case you forget yours or have family and friends in town that need one. We also have demos so you can try out something new.

To the right of the entrance is the 23rd Kitchen, our 3,000 sq. ft. restaurant with a rooftop bar and open air patio. Our restaurant level will include seating for the whole family. The kitchen will boast a variety of artisan sandwiches, salads, wraps and bowls topped with your choice of meats from our rotisserie. As you place your order you will watch your food dance around a flame right in front of you on our Wood Stone vertical rotisseries. While you are waiting for our expert chefs to prepare your food you can help yourself to beer, wine or cider from our selection on the self-serve "Beer Wall". Two large roll up doors will let in ample light in the winter and sunshine in the summer. Leave the kiddos on the courts and head upstairs to our Rooftop Bar. Enjoy beautiful views of the complex and Mt. Rainier in the distance. Inside and outside seating are available to relax and enjoy conversations with friends while enjoying craft cocktails from one of our local distilleries.
